Nori, founder of Zumba® SOL

Let's spend time smiling together

Hello!

I'm Nori, the founder of Zumba® SOL.

I'm not good at exercise to begin with, so moving around with everyone is out of the question...

I thought so.

But then I discovered Zumba, which is just a dance that involves imitating the music.

My body started moving naturally and I couldn't wait to go...

Before I knew it, I had transformed from an angry mom into a smiling, jokey mom ☺️

We try too hard every day.
Housework, work, and always putting myself last...

So why not take a little break from your everyday life?

I would be happy if we could spend some time together smiling.
