いずれも振り付けを覚える必要がありません。インストラクターを見ながら、それぞれのペースで楽しめます。

音楽を楽しみながら、
しっかり体を動かす。
音楽に合わせて楽しむダンスフィットネス。 イベントや交流企画など、会場全体で一緒に盛り上がりたい場面にも適しています。
ズンバ®︎ゴールド
無理なく、わかりやすく、楽しんで運動できる。
通常のZUMBA®より強度を抑え、動きをシンプルにしたプログラムです。 シニア層や運動が久しぶりの方を対象とした健康講座にも適しています。

椅子を使い、座ったままでも楽しめるプログラム。 立位での運動が難しい方や、より幅広い体力レベルの方が参加できる講座として、今後対応予定です。
